4th Grade Water Cycle Lesson in the Media Center - Part 2
Part 2 - Create a Word Collage
Step 1 - Open the Word Collage App on your iPad.
Step 2 - Begin creating your Word Collage.
Step 3 - Copy your main idea sentences and key terms list from your Pages document. Please see rubric for requirements for this Word Collage. The rubric for this activity is located on the home page.
Step 4 - Paste it into the Wordle box that says "Paste in a bunch of text:" and click Go.
Step 5 - Your words should now be arranged on the page. You may edit the font, layout and color of your Wordle.
Step 6 - Once you are through editing your Word Collage, click Go.
Step 7 - You will see your Wordle, click Save to public gallery. See example below.
Step 8 - Give your Word Collage a title. You may enter your name as the username or you may leave it anonymous. Click Ok.
Step 9 - At the bottom of the page you will see the URL and the embed code for your Word Collage.
Step 10 - Copy this code and paste it to your main ideas and key terms document.
Step 11 - Click the print button.
Step 12 - Get your Word Collage off of the printer and hang it on the designated wall in the media center.
Step 13 - Go to Part 3.
